Dumbbells for workouts

where grounding meets strength.

come back to yourself

The Inward Method is a movement methodology designed to strengthen the body while deepening awareness of breath, alignment, and control. Through intentional strength training and mindful movement, we help you reconnect with your body physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Our Method is built on the belief that strength is most powerful when it is intentional. Our training emphasizes controlled resistance, time under tension, breath awareness, and biomechanically sound movement patterns to develop stability, resilience, and deeper connection within the body.

Rather than relying on speed or momentum, the method focuses on precision and control to build strength that is both powerful and sustainable.

The Inward Method

Train with intention

At The Inward Method, strength is built through control, stability, and intentional resistance. Our classes emphasize time under tension, precise movement patterns, and focused breath to develop strength that is both powerful and sustainable.

Every class challenges the body while reinforcing alignment, stability, and deeper awareness of how we move.

our classes

Our classes apply the principles of The Inward Method in different ways —offering a range of experiences designed to build strength, stability, endurance, and resilience through intentional movement.

Elevate brings The Inward Method to the reformer, using resistance-driven movement to develop strength, stability, and control through intentional training.

Elevate

Strength is a circuit-based class designed to build muscular strength through progressive overload and intentional resistance. With a rotating upper and lower body focus each day, the class emphasizes controlled tempo and time under tension to develop full-body strength.

Strength

Power follows the same circuit structure as Strength but places a greater emphasis on elevating the heart rate. Dynamic intervals challenge cardiovascular endurance before transitioning into core work and finishing with deep stretching.

Power

Fusion blends elements of Pilates, barre, yoga and mobility-based training into one continuous, flowing class. Using light weights and creative sequencing, Fusion challenges stability, endurance, and muscular control through sustained time under tension.

Fusion

Flow focuses on balance, mobility, alignment, and stability through continuous movement patterns and intentional transitions. The class integrates strength, flexibility, and deep stretching to support fluid, resilient movement throughout the body.

Flow

Glow is our Fusion-based class designed to support women through pregnancy and postpartum. Using the same flowing format and sustained time under tension as Fusion, the class is thoughtfully adapted to build strength, stability, and connection while supporting the changing needs of the body during this stage of life.

Our Story

At the heart of The Inward Method is learning to turn inward.

In a world that is constantly noisy, busy, and pulling us in different directions, it can become easy to lose connection with ourselves. Through breath, awareness, and intentional movement, we begin to quiet the outside world and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level.

From that place of awareness, we move with greater presence, clarity, and connection—not only within our own bodies, but in how we move through our daily lives and interact with those around us.

The environment of our classes is intentionally designed to support this experience, including music layered with frequencies that encourage focus and support nervous system balance.
